Another excellent accomplishment yesterday evening by our team, in conjunction with Siemens, managing Factory Acceptance Testing remotely from our partner factory Hilkar in Turkey, due to Covid-19 restrictions. Together we were able to use this to our advantage, enabling numerous stakeholders to dial-in to see our Power Factor Control units undergo FATs for Metro Trains Melbourne.

We are so proud to be involved in another significant rail project. The Metro Tunnel will form part of a new end-to-end rail line from Sunbury in the west to Cranbourne/Pakenham in the southeast, with high capacity trains, five new underground stations, and 9 kilometer twin tunnels.

MV Technology Solutions Pty Ltd supplies multiple items for this Melbourne rail project, from HaslerRail AG onboard equipment for the new High Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT) to Arthur Flury AG overhead line hardware for rail electrification and of course the PFC unit from Hilkar Elektrik Elektroteknik Sanayi Ve Ticaret Ltd.
